Currently we cannot add transactions outside the current year. This means receipts submitted after the year end can't be included as well as the issues with not being able to add transactions before the start date.
It will make the product very inflexible at the end a of a year.

We will be allowing customers to enter in previous years. We are anticipating release the feature in Feb timeframe. I will send out new message once it is releases.
